They were all individually reseated so the seal "should" be spot on and should not leak.

What kind of lifters and springs did you go for?
Did you also change the seat by yourself?

        looking good

All stock 3b Anders, im not aiming for mega RPM peaks so i think they will do.

I had the seats done by my local engine shop.

          Cheers.

Started fitting the inlet manifold to the current engine today. I want to make sure all the pipework from the IC is sorted before the new engine goes in.

Got the old one off and tried to fit the new one but it was catching at 3 places on the PAS pump.

So i dug out the old grinder and fixed the problem.

P.s. the bolt on the pump still undoes, even though its missing several mm of the top.

                IM in place:

                IMG_0206.jpg

Next i need to work out how to extend the cables that are normally connected to the Throtle body and IM as they are way to short to reach all the way to the front of the engine bay.

Picked up the Crank, Flywheel, Rods, Pistons, Shells, Pulley etc. from Basset Down Balancing today.

It all looks in order, so its almost ready for rebuilding.

About time too Bo. Nice clean flywheel you have there.

My IM cleared the hydraulic pump fine, but the belt will need changing more often. There's not much room for adjustment for a loose belt.

                          Lol, it is?

What does the writing say on it? I can see "not" though.

Well, we have to find out someday then? :mischeif:
Lets say.... on a track a little far far away, but not too far, maybe something with a laptime around 9 ish minutes and located in a country the brand was born in?
