If holding exhaust flange still, main body needs rotating 90 degrees and the inlet by 180 degrees to get things in the right position.

i am also planning to polish exhaust side of the turbo,how do you think my idea is?

Can't hurt, have a look in the compressor housing too, my turbo from Turbonetics was quite rough inside here and needed a little smoothing.

one problem about polishing the turbo : dust may go in, what to do, i know nothing about turbo and dont want to unassemble it.....

If you do polish it you'll have to take it apart, if your not sure take it to someone who knows, but it is fairly easy if you are careful.

i will take it to someone this week, actually i am out of cross buffs (i love them) , waiting for them to arrive.
and can you pls tell me a bit more about the rotating then i would ask my friend to do that also

Is that a metal head gasket? If not, shouldn't it be?

I thought it was general consensus that the metal, S6-type head gasket was superior if not required for tweaked 20vt applications. That and the special hardened rod bearing shells.
