timucin, have you flow tested youre injectors? do that before you going to test the car again.

they supposed to be tested from racetronix;thats what they said
we will not use them again; my friend software tuner Erdal will bring another set for the next time.

i tested my injectors i bougt first and it was a realy big difrence betwen them, and i got a paper with them with a flow diagram that said that they was ok, but they was not so i sent them back. and bouth other ones from a lockal company here.

probably the same thing with mine;i did not flow bench them cause i trusted the company.

most of the american companies produce very low quality stuff, its much better to collect parts from europe

Where abouts in Istanbul are you from Timucin? I have a very close turkish friend of mine who is visiting Istanbul for awhile and was very interested in your project.

I hope you fix the problem on your car soon though, Ive been watching this project for a very long time now and cant wait til its finished!!

i think you shuld fow test your injectors,,, and if they dont mach i think you shuld contackt racetronix..

piston delivery time from usa sux..
waiting erdal and martyn to send me a set from germany...
pistons were 81,5 but broken piston damaged the cylinder wall ,hope we can save it with 81,75..

Are you shure that he car was not running lean ??? by a wideband meter or a pirometer :?? Or the fault came from injectors with flow differences ???

at the end....
we rebuild the second engine and the car is running cool;i also have a second chip for race only nights; will take easy for 1000km's

i am not sure why we broke the first engine ;but have the photos of the broken piston will post soon..

as i said i take easy on the gas pedal for some km's but ;for the adjustment we made some full throotles;
peak boost is around 35psi and continous is 28psi; boost doesnt come down as much as it were doing with the kkk but i dont have the exact data for the moment ;
will receive my car at the end of this week;needs some paint job on bumpers; planning to drive 1000km in 4-5 days ; then will post dyno results here with both chips

i am using factory-audi pistons for the moment
rest of the parts are same;
twin dump valves; one recirculating ;other to the air(nice sound)

***very important note: most of the parts i received from usa failed, i am not an expert but my opinion do not use us parts to modify audi; factory parts are much more stronger,us parts are not efficient as they advertise...
