Very excited yes, its taken far too long to build!

The oil cooler is exactly the same as fitted to the works cars under the spoiler. Its got a thermostat so it cant over cool.

Like the switchpanel, very tidy.

I have been pushing on with the final jobs.

Centre console sorted with switches, electrical cut off, fire extinguisher pull, starter button and fuses.





External cut off and extinguisher pull also done:



New steering arms made with rose jointed ends:







Finally rear oil cooler mounted, just needs a strip of rubber under it:



All looking good for the show. Picking up a load of bits that have been painted matt black this week, grills etc. So they will be to fit back on and it will be looking almost complete!

You will definatly have to make an appearance, especially if I am coming down from Cumbria!

Huge K&N will only go on with a headlight out, slight mis-calculation! I am going to measure up for something a little smaller to go on!

As for the Q plate question its stolen recovered.
