Bought the rods and pistons from KRB Trading, Norway. Did not take any measurements of them.
Did not weight the crank, so I dont how heavy it is. Yes it is a 95,5 mm crank.

I have his cellphone#. pm me if you want it.

Would have been nice with some "real" dynographs regarding the stock intake vs other brands, not just flow data. Anyone?

Nice project can I make a few suggestions, you put all that money in to the turbo and engine work, ditch the ebay manifold and buy an rs2 one. Get a new intake mani and dont wrap the exhaust manifold or downpipe or anything at all if you want your stuff to last. The problem with that is that the wrap gets wet which causes problems by itself. Second it keeps heat between the wrap and the pipe, if you ceramic coat it that would keep the heat in the pipe rather then on the outside of the pipe. Search ceramic coating on google theres companies out there that supply DIY kits. Heres one, http://www.compperformancegroupstore...Category_Code= theres also a company out in Australia that services the rx7 community that can do pistons heads etc.

            An Rs2 manifold for a GT4094R?

            a) wrong flange GT4094R has a T4 flange b) RS2 manny won't handle the output of the turbo.

            c) Nothing wrong with the inlet manifold on the pic in the first few post, it looks like an early Furans manifold, get it pressure tested and if it holds use it!

I have ordered a intake from Jonus. The same he uses in his 1000+hp. Will be good enough for me then
Think I will keep the exhaust manifold a little bit more. Maybe it will be replaced later...

Oops wasnt thinking, sorry. Get one made then, just something different then the ebay one. Plus I wouldnt imagine the ebay one flowing much more then the rs2 one or its design would hinder the performance, looks like it wouldnt flow efficiently based on a poor design, but I havent seen it upclose so I dont know for sure. Yes it will cost you but it looks like he invested quite a bit of coin into the car and from my experience I wouldnt trust ebay stuff. just my .02 cents

Jonus is one of Furans preferred customers and have been that for several years. He often have Furans manifolds (in and ex) on stock

How hard was it to wire up your Haltech E11v2? I too will be running that on my car.

I've got my reservations on the ceramic coating.
I spent about GBP 200 coating my exhaust manifold, downpipe and pistons,
the manifold lasted about 4 months before the outside coating started to peel.
On the inside there was nutting left of the coating.
I took the manifold back to the company that did the application , they re did the manifold free of charge, but it lasted no longer once again.

When i recently took my engine apart- u guessed it - no sign of the ceramic coating on the pistons ..

Well it could be the specific company i used.

Could you please share your settings file for the Haltech?
What type of welding did you made on the block, whre modifications were neccessery?
