Proper hatchet job then - LOL - I normally don't like these shorty conversions as they just look wrong with the B2 Coupe front end. Look forward to see how this one pans out - gotta be brave with those airsaws and welding machinery. Good luck

That's right the 'C' pillar you have to fabricate. Cheque is in the post tonight to Aelrad for the Kevlar roof and fiberglass rear wings from KER in Germany. O and a set of ARP Main and Head bolts for the motor. I have dropped the 7A block off this morning for overbore to 83mm. Piston's, Rod's, AAN Inlet all sat waiting.
Intend to use GT35/82R 0.82AR,
7A head,
Mandrel bent EX man,
Think I am going for the Pectel T6 Ecu
S2 Running gear has now all been blasted selected items are off to powder coaters tomorrow...
Yes Andy P, I need that water rail pretty please so I can get the head down to them to get that done....O and that set of aly bushes.. cheers mate.Leave a comment:

The C pillars i dont believe were used on any other audi/vw cars and were special to the Sport. Look at jeffers build as he made his himself i believe. At last a proper job!
This is the way I am thinking of doing my UR. The thing that I can't sus is the rear "C" pillars are different on a genuine sport. where did these come from in family parts bin?
It must steapen the rear screen angle.
Are you getting your panels from the German place on ebay? they look to have it all covered..
Going to watching this very closely, fastastic, keep the pics coming!Leave a comment:
