            .

When i did mine, it took me over an hour to do each runner...the second time around after finding out NOT to overlap the tape cos. you cant feed the tape around for the adjacent runner...drove me...

Spot on there...hope it works, keep everything crossed.

Nice work, but hope you know that you must "tie" the warp with metal wire like that:

                ....

                ....

                ....

@Error4040: in a couple of days

Yavor20v: no i didnt know that. why is that a must? i have inox clamps holding the wrap in place.

you can see on this pic, one at each side, and the wrap is tied hard, i dont think it will came loose...?

The warp must be tightened on the runners. The heat under is very very much and the warp is is going fragile like glass..if you hit it with something it'll break on pieces.. The metal wire holds it above and all this stays there for a long time on one piece

what is your wrap made of? there are at least 3 different (that i know of)

my is made of graphite, there are also ceramic and glass fiber wraps...

no fitting instructions came with it

All they content glass fiber and ceramic ,but the high temperature melts it
Try the metal wire and everything gonna be OK

This was mine and certainly took a lot of patience. Although it never came apart in the 2 years I had it I would recommend some additional wire at stragic points along its length just to make sure.

                              .

Probably not, if the zinc coating comes off the wire will just rust away.

                              i used stuff like this...
