Great photos reckon some carbon B pillars would look great on that colour S2.....

Yeah wilst not a real fan of Aston's, there is something really mean looking and sounding from those DB9R's watched them at Le Mans in 2007 and they just sound fantastic with that huge V12, would have been great to see and hear round the Ring for sure.

How slippery was it in the rain and where are the worst sections?
    Forgot to answer this one
It was quite slippery especially when it was pooring down. As Andy says, The bottom of Hatznebach and beginning of Hocheichen are bad, as is the right hander at Bruenchen. Adenauer Forst and Wehrseifen can also be tricky. You really need to feel your way through the first laps in the wet.

You have one real nice motor there. It is one place i've always wanted to go too,but there is time yet for me to get there. Sounds as if your a nutter on the track!!!!!!!!!

The pics you got are good, not a lover of the Aston Martins but i have seen the green one with yellow on it race in the GT cup over here. Like you said the sound is awesome from them.

    CroMo

The inboard movie was ok, but not great quality... Anyway, its a approx 8.40 btg lap with heavy traffic and yellow flag. + some "easy" driving at Breidscheid and Plafzgarten due to some loose items sliding beetween my legs after the Flugplatz "accident". Stupid me leaving these items in door side/panel

While the movie is uploaded I can post some pictures from the trip:

First ones of all the cars that joined this trip.

Is your cage bolted in rather than welded to the chassis?

bloody bikers, they should have sessions but I suppose that's impossible. They're all a manace, fast, slow, all try and cause you issues!

Good work Magarv. But where are the videos?
My bullet cam got all "fogged up" during the rain on sunday and I had some problems with bad connection in the signal cable But one lap was filmed inside with an hand held camera by a friend. I will try to post it as soon as he can import it from the camera That video shows a dramatic moment in the end of Flugplatz when I catch up a biker that looks in mirror but still decides to turn in Result is me hitting the end of the curbs in 220-230km/t...

I am very satisfied with 8.30, but comparing some split times showing that 8.10 is possible. It is just difficult with traffic. (As always on the Ring)

How ever I need to work more on suspension, tires, downforce to get even more corner speed. There is no problem with power. I am thinking on trying the Yokohama 048 tires next year, I have heard they have significant better grip that the Toyos. Just a shame they are so damn expensive... Alternative change to a wider 245 or 255 on 9" wide rims if I can get them to fit...
