@PAT D
I bought them in the german eBay
Yeah, definitely, for me it was 90% clear that my problem was wastegate related.for me was easier to make a diagnostic because I'm presently and I drive the car.
other people trying to help has to understand my problem first understanding my bad English and later wondering wtf could be happening in my car ... So not too easy hehe.
If the DV were the problem I'd don't have the mechanical wastegate boost.... 0 boost with DV failure or much less that I had.
I'm very happy how my wastegate coilover performs now

Nice hand in the pic

The car is faults free!
But I had a big problem with my wastegate controlling the boost
This coilover is the wastegate spring I found today inside!
As you can see in the pic,the big spacer in the top WAS FOUND inside the spring and down!!
The wastegate looks refurbished because it hasn't valve play ,so perfect!
So that explains my boost control problems ,shifting gears with full boost .. Also now is much more responsive to the throttle than before!!
Boost gauge shows 2.5 bar in 4/5 gears WOT
,but the motronic only reads 2.2, the boost it was mapped.
Those boost gauges seems to be not very accurates with high boost applications.
The gauge is new from the forum group buy made to rusty

Hi buddys
Yesterday tried to switch off electrically the n75 solenoid valve to see how much boost can do mechanically my wastegate with my super hard spring.... Because I never tried it.
My surprise was and is ( tested again 10 minutes ago) that I have the same boost with and without n75 connected
Just my "rusty's" vdo style boost gauge shows 2.4bar. ( motronic reads 2.2 bar)
So now I have to take a look to see what happen ,more entertainment
Just curious to see if someone has had the same issueRED Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI TME nº 16 of 250

remind me what WG spring you have??....as my N75 has been umplugged for months now and it will still boost way over 0.4 bar as per the stock set up...Comment

Go to the previous page....there are pics.
I don't know what spring is,it came from Latvia with the engine... And I never opened before.
In Latvia the engine was running without n75,with a standalone ecu and manual boost controller
That's the strongest spring in a wastegate I've ever seen!RED Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI TME nº 16 of 250

When I mapped that engine it responded to boost control just fine and spring boost was about 1.2 bar IIRC.Comment
-
I hope it wasn't starting to slide the spacer into the spring....
When it was completely into the spring, the boost were like 1.5 bar.... But once we corrected it it seems same boost as with n75 enabled
Never happened something like this before
The car has not.problems under boost, just checked this only for curiosity when I was at cemetery road

GTX3582 .82AR
Bosch 1000cc injectors
3" cutout exhaust valve
i hope that after this i just only need to do maintenance with consumables like oil, coolant, coils, driveshafts, gearboxes and rear diffs
