About the supercharged car. The boost is 1 bar 1500rpm to redline. Will have to work about a month on it. Plans are handmade rollcage, and stiffer engine mounts. After that on the dyno. And the silencers. Everything is clear. The car just needs nice airbox, and everything is fine.

And the ex manifold is custom. After a few days of thinking before fitting the supercharger i found out that it is not possible to place him on the other side without sacrificing the water radiator. So he had to go in front, with the intercooler. And after hitting the first snow bump all radiators will be broken. So it is not an option.
Do you have a bypass system for idle and low throtle?
Normaly roots type compressor need such a device actuate by intake manifold vaccum. intake air bypass the compressor at idle and low throtle when vaccum is at max in the intake manifold.
this would cancel noise of compress air at idle and cruising.

Thanx. The SC is screw type, not roots. The car has mechanical bypass valve, which is even better than vacuum activated. The noise is typikal problem of these SCers, so they are usualy located behind the trottle plate, which makes noise isues fine.
