I squeezed the ABY fuel rail and lines on, just needed some wobbling, persuasion and patience, lines bent and routed like Johns.

Intake manifold hit the power steering pump adjuster



Heated and bent to clear



Filed the corner off the bracket to clear



Throttle cable is bodged to get it running. (worlds ugliest bracket, ran out of Mig gas, but had a go anyway )

Car fired straight up with light throttle, its a bit lumpy, I assume due to sucking in air past the injectors.

Any info on injector o ring size or sources?

I have a track day on Friday, so no pressure to make sure it works under boost!

Nope, just a bowl shape in the manifold.

I am assuming the o rings are not sealing as they are used, and have been in a different shape/angle so are not conforming to the new shape.

Yes fit new o rings and use lots of lube

Are the o rings genric bosch ones?

I have used petroleum jelly as lube, is that recommended?

Injector O rings have been ordered from 2 sources, both due tomorrow to cover any delays, spares will not go amiss anyway.

Brakes bled, flushed through 1L of Motul RBF 600



Took pity on one of the wheels, brake dust is pish to get off



This is the NSF tire, the outer edge is feathered as you would expect, the middle is also feather at an angle, is this when the tyre has got too hot, ballooned and then pretended to be a motorbike tyre?



I also weighed my wheels out of curiosity;

Good job, ano spares are useful. I think it's probably just driving in a big circle at up to 130mph for.hhours on end that has done the tyres in. My RSRs are pretty melted looking.
