    Injectors ok, operator error

Steve was kind enough to have a chat with me on the phone, I did not operate the throttle when doing an output test Injectors click after the throttle has been opened.

So I would now appear to be missing spark, now checking the dizzy hall sensor wiring

brown/yellow wire has continuity to the intake manifold
    red/black wire has 5V
green signal wire has continuity back to the ECU

Not sure how John's (or indeed others who have converted to COP) but I have seen it done by taking a power feed off the alternator to a relay and triggering via the original coils feed.

Wonder if you have somehow interchanged the two sensors connectors. Doubt whether that would stop it starting.
Start with power to the coils.
        Yes, sorry

        Which sensor connectors?

pin3 is the signal wire for the coil
are you sure the dizzy is ok?
You can measure the signal at the green wire with a multimeter, just put the meter on volt(dc),the black pin on ground or brown/yellow wire and your red pin on the green wire
by cranking the voltage goes up and down

You have eliminated the flywheel pin so the hall sensor is the next obvious culprit!

Just tried that, not a thing from the multimeter.

I guess the hall sensor in the dizzy shat itself?

It might depend on the sophistication of your DMM I fear.
                            Here's another method:

Check for the 5V reference as well.
Looking at the wiring the grounding for the hall sensor looks to be on the same circuit of the other sensors you mentioned previously. So check for the 5V against the hall sensor ground and then a known good ground to double check.
