Thank you. I painted it black just invade I wanna change the color of the car in the future.
Sorry for no updates but I have been fighting with the harness I have 1 plug left. The engine will be going in the bay this Sunday so that should be fun.

              Hey adam

              While i've got time:

www.remybattery.com (is where i get my cable lugs)

www.ebay.com (Search for "hammer crimper" for attaching the lugs to the cable)

www.mcmaster.com ( I get Moisture-Seal Flexible Polyolefin Tubing to cover the end of the cable lug once it's crimped. 3-1 ratio works well, and get it in 6" vs 48" or they will send a huge box to you, if you choose to use something like so for the cable).

black cloth friction tape like from the factory for interior harness stuff via mcmaster: part # 76465A1

If you want to borrow my hammer crimper and rivet nut tool setup I can let you borrow it btw when I ship some parts to you and just ship it back to me?

                thanks Josh...
Really appreciate it all.. I might not need to get anymore lugs because you left me a wire that will be long enough once i get the positive port thing from you and i will mount that under the seat... Also rad the other power cable and we discussed on Saturday... The engine is in but i'm having little trouble with getting the bottom middle bolt in and also the driver side too.. My oil pan and trans don't line up.. the oil pan is about 3/32" lower than the transmission.. I might just ream it out with a dremil... The top is lining up great..
Today i will go and finish mounting it and then i wanna finish with the cables inside the car...

Ok i worked a little on the coupe today.. it been kind of cold here and my heat is not top notch in the garage..
I have one cable left to hook up and all wiring will be completed. Next is the engine bay wires. I already made the Aux harness mod and thats all done..
When i put the engine in and i tried bolting the oil pan to the trans i had a problem, the holes didn't line up and the oil pan was about 3/32" lower than the trans. So i made my own bolts with nuts to work...
i will post up some pictures tomorrow. I would like to get the car started this weekend but i will see.

sorry for no update for a while.. i have been running around with my wife to DR...
well all the wiring is completed.. Everything is hooked up and no plugs missing or unplugs.. Well except a few under the dash..
The fuel lines are hooked up and i think in the future i will turn those in braided lines to the rear of the car...
Oh i have a question.. Do i need to upgrade my fuel pump????
i have to change the oil and new spark plugs..

I still need to hook up a couple of Vacuum hoses and the after run pump.. Which i will me making a T fitting so i could cut my upper radiator hose and splice into that...

The EGR stuff still needs to be hooked up and i moved my Charcoal canister into the pass. side fender...

My best friend did some brackets for me because i removed the Big Old Radiator fan and replaced it with a Spal High Output fan...

I will take some pictures tonight when i'm at the garage.. i hope to get it started this weekend.. Hopefully it starts..

That isn't EGR stuff connected to the carbon canister - it is part of 'EVAP' system to treat fuel vapours which can build up in the fuel tank in hot weather so that it can breathe.

Sorry guys for the disappearing act but i've been tied up with going to the DR with my wife... Everything is ok...

Well I got a little work the the engine is all back together and in the bay :

I had to make a pipe for the radiator to adapt the after run pump

I just found a hose at my local part store and just used the T fitting and made up the rest.. That picture just shows you the T fitting.. That actual hose didnt work..

The EVAP Canister in the fender:

I noticed that my original fan was starting to get burnt out so i installed a SPAL slim fan:

I also mounted a terminal in the front of the car just in case:

What i have left to Fabricate is the Downpipe and exhaust system.. I will be doing that this week.. Down pipe 3" and the muffler will be a Borla.. No Cats or mid Muffler..

I changed the plugs and pored in new oil with filter ( Mobile 1 5-30) ...

So i started the Car on Saturday.. First Crank Started right up.. But it think its not running right.. I will post up a video when i get home..
