I reconditioned the Powersteering pump. As seen elsewhere, the A6 pump is 120bar and the S2 pump is 100bar. By using the front of the A6 and the rear of the S2 pump I get a 100bar single pump that fits in the stock location.
I had to replace my cam pully, as it had cracked its keyway.
I also decided to torque up the crankbolt.
200nm +180deg. I got to 90deg before my 3/4" drive bent. (not shown)
Fitted a newly acquired RS2 downpipe thanks Alex, and and the stock turbo. Along with some new heatshielding. (non OEM)
Torqued down the head, took the pic in Stage II.
Stage I 40nm 1-12, Stage II 60nm, Stage III +180deg
