Its laid out like a 3B with the DV returning behind the headlight an pointing straight at the coldside inlet, this is a good layout, there's the 3B plastic elbow then which points the pipe down towards the DV which is mounted in the turbo outlet. To get better pics I'd need to take the headlight out and I'm going out in a min but could do it later if you need. There's no plastic bits round the back of the headlight, I took them out because they always got in the way changing DVs and checking hoses etc, I've had the DV like this with them in though. I think I also gave the vertical panel below the slam catch a bit of a push towards the centre of the car just to give a bit more clearance. The maf hose is extended vertically with a short length of ally tube and 2 clips. The foot of the airbox is removed and replaced with a steel bracket to support the front giving more clearance for the coldside, the airbox just touches the internals of the bonnet at the front, without the sound deadening blanket which I haven't replaced yet.

This one shows it, more pics here.. http://s284.photobucket.com/albums/l...albumview=grid

Hi Jamo, I got the maf hose with the 034 kit but had to modify it to reach the airbox, I'll take some pics later, the airbox had to be modified too, to clear the coldside and the lamda.

It's good, I'm getting used to how the power comes in and how to drive it, its very rapid but somehow makes less fuss than the RS2 setup.

I think I need bigger brakes now, never thought I'd say that!

.63, there's a very small amount of surge but Mihnea wasn't worried about it, I'm wondering if a reverse manifold would cure it.

Edit.. Maybe a .82 would have been better as it spins up slower??

Yeah, come and check it out, I reckon it'll feel quicker tomorrow, after a couple of dozen 3,4,5th runs with Mihnea you get a little blase..

I think I'll say 400ish estimated till I get it on a Dyno, its certainly never felt healthier.

just reading some of your boost issues!! LMAO, BTDT about a year ago with my GT3071R on the 1.8T, stock WG is far too small, so i had to run an external gate 46mm in the end to fix it!!!

I had to set the rev limit to 5.5k to stop it going over 2bar

What size hotside did you go for in the end?
