I have like 50+ of these. Not VAG-COM obviously.
Considering I am waiting for a proper photo of the car for half a year, don't get your hopes up too high...Comment

I don't know how much the car weighs, that's the problem.Comment

i hope very soon ,but i have a problem...the speedo does not match the real revs and probable speed
i dont know what to do to make it work ,as the car has wiring for 4 cylinder engine,S2 clocks and 5 cylinder engine
Dmitri ...

you did not like my phone pictures....
the main problem with this shi_t is that keeps me busy fixing and upgrading things,,,that i should made before you know
so garage pictures are not the best you know.
i have to get it ready for the end of this week at least to try to use it the sunday 3th of June in one friendly Drag races 100kms far from my home .... and id like to go with the coupe and the Competition.
in the papers with oem 4 cylinder engine and AC it is 1360Kg or something like this.
well, now it has RS4 gearbox,5 cylinder engine, and NO AC.
i can weight the car anyway
,maybe is 1420Kg ??

That's why I said "I don't know how much the car weighs".
I am not going to try and guess, it's not hard to weigh it on a scale.
2.5 sec FATS shows it's pretty quick regardless.Comment
-
Indeed.
2.5s FATS beats/matches the top rated 650hp/870nm, etc B5 RS4's in the MRC FATS database: http://www.mrctuning.com/fats/fatsvi...elect=B5%20RS4
These have the same gear ratio, so very comparable.1995 RS2 on Alcohol (6.8sec 100-200km/h)

Your mobile phone should have GPS built in or at least you can borrow one, not that hard to measure the correct speed with that and compare against the dials. If the wheels are in correct OEM diameter then i'm guessing the gauges show standard 5-10% more then actual speed.
As for tacho, the engine speed signal comes from ECU and if the gauges are also for 5 cylinder engine then it should be correct. You are running AAN motronic or something else?Comment

I agree, that's why I keep repeating that I don't want to jump to conclusions.
You can make that horsepower go up and down by 100hp just by changing weight, so it's completely pointless to do so without at least somewhat accurate data...Comment
