        Dampers went back to AST yesterday to be shortened as i cant get the car low enough with the long casing. ( yes i know thats only a helper spring)

          why do you have 2 outlets on your water housing? may be obvious but im new to B3/4`s

          • Stock car uses them for Sensors. my Dash takes the water temp from the ECU and the sensor for that is in the cylinder head and one extra one on the return line to motor from the Rad

            • i ment the housing with 2 red ally bolts with the welded on AN outlet, but i can see the pipe going to the rear of the engine is not connected to this, DOH my mistake!

              • Ah you mean the thermostat housing.....

                Yes that gold fitting goes to the back of the car, the vaines are cut off the pump so the electric one does the work. And yes they are looped to the back of the motor, i just brought a ANN one as the dry sump pump is too close to the one thats on at the minute.

                • i was going to message you actually last week,

                  someone posted up pics of "other" 5 pots and it had a housing that would have been perfect for what you were looking for, still,your all sorted now.

                  again, i need to use elec pumps on mine when its all in the boot, im not copying you though honest lol just fishing for ideas, i dont do copying

                      My friend is making a complet dry system plug and play for 2600 euro.

                      I have just bought one for my car

                      Do you think that the price is okey??

                      • Price is good, if it comes with nose plate, sump pan, oil tank and the pump itself with it's pulleys and belt. Post pics when you get the parts.
                        Everything less than 2 bar is considered to be naturally aspirated

                          Yes thats cheap that Repo said please post some pictures.....

                          I would rather spent and had a bolt on item that is plug and play than using my time to make something up. But hey it was fun and i learned some new stuff along the way.....

                          • Since i could not get the car to Combe because AST are fooking useless.

                            here are some random pictures.

                            The car is done for now, just need the front dampers back and i can get it set up and tuned.

                            A few little odd jobs etc etc
