Sorry Jase, i dont have any pictures as such. I used a closed cell pvc foam, backed with carbon and bonded to the fibre doors. This was slit and the windows sat into that. This added alot of strength to the doors also.

Hindsight would you still rear mount the radiator? Did it for space or did it for weight distro?
