What a great couple of days up north, the short version is plugged the old girl in got 6 fault codes, boost leak test 2 small boost leaks caused by poorly fitting clips even though tight as f***, fitted new N75 valve and replaced vac line which was too small internal diameter, replaced 3 wire lambda sensor with 4 wire version loads of ECU fiddling from Mark Automark and she is flying. Will try to get her on a dyno for figures and maybe upload some clips soon as, boosting to 1.9 max on 6th gear roll on from 80 but more common 1.6 through the gears wooooooooooooooooooosh

Just like to thank Mark again for his hard work, its never easy working on these old girls and many places just can't be arsed anymore so all power to ya mate

Great glad you are pleased with the mate, sounds like its flying

So you went with the N75 based boost control in the end?
Which was the vac pipe you replaced with larger bore?

**Rikki Kitto** · 19 July 2015, 14:20

The one from the N75 to wastegate

**Rikki Kitto** · 19 July 2015, 14:23

Was thinking of Eboost2 but am skint now so maybe in the future, N75 seems to be OK but definateley a bit erratic on high boost

You must be grinning every time you drive it now.

**Error404** · 23 July 2015, 20:57

It looks awesome Rik

Will you be at ADI?

**Rikki Kitto** · 24 July 2015, 06:07

Still stuff to do as always with these cars, definitely smiling a lot more than last year and feels the best she ever has. Will try to get to ADI as I seem to miss most meetings through work or car playing up

Cheers for the nice comments guys photo's can be quite deceiving though, she needs a bit of tlc on parts of the body now and some interior bits need replacing but at least the engine is sorted
