Today fitted the 044 fuel pomp with new basket etc.
Now waiting for some ABY stuff, so i can mount the intake back on.

In the mean while searching out the engine wiring loom.

After 1 day of cutting/ welding and measuring finally the intercooler is in

      The start

Probably in the future searching for an b4 bonnet and RS2 headlights.
      Makes the front much nicer.

Is the stock s2 bumper different , other than the headlamp washers ??

        Both audis hanging around

Wanted to use some of the black one ( 5 cil 10v ) for the white one,
but as always evertyhing is different.
Will be using the body ( iff the white one gets damaged on the track or something )
and use the steering rack and maybe brake booster etc.

Staat er nu een op marktplaats in kleur.
Wat moet die van jou kosten dan ? Parrelemoer wit is namelijk dure bezigheid om te spuiten

ANyone who has a WAgner intake ?

I now have evertything ABY , but the piece of **** intake dont fit...

I cant clear the bolt of the steering pump .
Have grinded back to get as much clearance as possible, but still not
              enough.
Even iff i have a 1000 mm belt it wont clear , it sits on top of it.

Iff i only put the intake on without steering pump, it
pushes against the hood, by about 1 cm, so my first thought of
putting an intake spacer wont work, otherwise i have to lower the engine and subframe about 2 cm.. NOt good for strenght i gues ?

Grinded back as much as possible.

                A bit to much

Lengted the tps wiring, isv a bit longer, Throttle cable outside shortened.

Want to convert to E85 fuel ...

Witch size fuel lines should i use ?

Have been shopping online @ 034:

                  5 x Fuel Injector, 1700cc or 160lb High Impedance
1 x Fuel Pump, Aeromotive A1000 High Flow Pump
                  1 x Audi I5 20-Valve Fuel Rail
                  1 x Fuel Filter, Aeromotive 10 Micron
                  1 x AEM Analog E85 Wideband Gauge 5.7~11.9 E85 AFR
1 x JHM SOLID Short Throw Shifter, B3/B4 Chassis

Would the fuel pump be enough for these size injectors ?

Where can i get teflon fuel lines ?

i have known quite a few A1000`s fail and/or not give anywhere near specified pressure, i would be inclined to use 2x 044 pumps personaly

dont return the fuel to a swirl pot either as it will pre-warm the fuel, idealy use a fuel tank/cell that is "sumped"

                    all IMO ofcourse

excelent build, will be watching this

Teflon lines, Aeroquip or try local hydraulic hose specialist as they may do a deal for cash

Prices from 034 are not the best. For teflon lines have a look @ frozeenboost

Before someone steps in and shares an opinion it is a genuine Holset with another compressor cover ;-)
                                Go Holset or Go RS4
