The rusty parts have been treated before the epoxy filler went on, didn't take pictures of that process.

Cheers fat might need your input on boot install when coming to fit my sound system after reading up on yours looks so clean.

The update is the rear bumper has been finished, and is ready for priming then the respray so hopefully next week have some pictures and start with the last fabrication work the rear reflector. All input welcome to how the best route to go to prefect the best result. Have the boot handle also.

What type of adhesive did you use to reassemble the bumper? What kind of filler do you use? I got to repair my front bumper and just wondering what I should use

Soo pleased, just building it back up as we speak, mirrors back on, then front lights... Just replaced and wired the rear bumper number plate lights.

Got withdrawal symptoms from driving the Audi, focus doesn't live up to that sheer bliss feeling.

Now I can drive her in the sun and feel good. Not worried about rust or dents
