I heard from my brother that Cees wasnt completly happy how the car was running a few weeks ago. Has that been fixed is it running perfectly now??

Well finally we really made some progress, the car again ready for Mihnea`s mapping magic.

Final specs of the car will be posted as soon as possible.
But for now we just mounted a HKS GT 60mm wastegate And new p-zero rosso`s. And since we were changing tyres we also painted the rims mat-black.

Finally some pics of the car as it is right now.

Well, i`m hoping to reach and pass the 600HP mark. According to Mihnea when we tried to map it the last time i was over in England we had something like 625HP to 650, according to the timing and boost we were running.

2.5 BAR @ 7200 rpm

But the main problem then was controlling boost, there was actually no point were we could control boost. So thats why we ran those idiot high boost figures and then found out that the engine actually took those stupid things. It started pinging @ 2.6bar @ somewhere before ref-limiter. So i think we can run and hope we can run something stupid like 2.3 all the way

But we`ll see, monday we know.

thats a hell of alot of boost!!! good luck with the mapping, i assume this is why you have fitted such a large wastegate?

What spec is the car now? do you have any RR plots from the last trip to the UK?

The car is running, but not ok. The real potential of the GT35R isn't showinng itself
The performance is identical to my car with dinosaur era KKK turbo.... Cees has done a best 1/4 mile of 11,6 or 11,5 secs. So it's marginally quicker then mine, it should be alot quicker!
The car will be remapped with AEM soon. Then we'll see what will happen
