Tightening of that lower bolt is a really serious business, but if you do it right you won't end up with another one like this

I was going very slow, and it had slipped by about 2 cm. I didn't hear any knocks so fingers crossed.

So if it's not tightened 200nm and 180 degrees it has a slight movement that causes it to crack/snap?

Likely the retards that did it didn't use a locking tool and jusst did the bolt up with an airgun which puts all of the force through the keyway and shears it and/or cracks the sprocket.

How on earth it's possible to do 180 degrees after 200nm on pulley bolt? We barely managed 90.

No reading from g28 and map sensor is in default 968mbar, so that's dead too.

Have you checked the timing pin is still on the flywheel?

Problem solved. Took the g28 out and that has been eaten away as it's a tiny bit longer than original. Got another in and it's all running

Please tell us you did get the full 180 degree torque on that bolt - it does take same doing with 3/4 sockets and v long extension pole.
