    OK, quite confusing for us up north with e100
    I thougth you had E85 down there?
    You live and learn I guess.

    Anyway, you did push 400+ hp on petrol.
    That's 5-6% increase from theoretical max of 380 hp on standard RS2 turbo IIRC.
    Maybe you were expecting more like 10-15%?

    By magic juice is just refering to the the 85% ehtanol flexi fuel that you have in Sweden.

    Not from iroz, it's from Vidar on here.
    RS2 turbo with billet compressor wheel and cutback exhaust wheel.
    I made a thread with my dyno results if you want to have a look.

    What would magic juice be?
    Is e100 = ethanol 100% ?

    Yes engine hp.

    No WMI but Shell Vpower RON/Octane 100 with 5%ethanol.

    Great work, the power curve looks good. I would be less worried about peak figures and more on how well it drives.

    So the car was mapped today, was hoping for a bit more with the rs2 billet from iroz, but generally happy enough and goes really well.

    Got some more work done today.

    Managed to get the idle really good with VEMS, but every time I turn on the ignition RPM goes to 6500 until I start the car, very weird.

    Happend when I changed the IDLE PWM FREQUENCY from nothing to 250 hz.

    Got my front left rubber boot and joint fixed, that was nice.

    And installed my new leather gearknob and gear boot,

    Bought it from a guy in Germany for 60 euro including shipping. Very nice quality and fit.

    So got my fuel pump relay from EFIExpress finalized today.

    Decided to route the wiring like in the Audi 100. I bought the tank lid from the audi 100, but that would not fit.

    Removed my van conversion so I had some room to work:

    New wires ready to go in the fuel plug

    Had to trim a bit of the white plastic parts off with a dremel, so the lid can close properly

    Lid with the hole, but the hole is just a bit to big (Ø36mm). Made it the same size as the Audi 100 lid, but the rubber gommet does not sit properly. I have purchased a new one from Germany and will do a smaller hole.
