Oem 2,2 crank is balance front and back to ~0
Oem 2.5 crank is balance front and back to ~60g.
Is i think i have to look whats the bob weight fron tdi, than the bobweight from my new piston and drill the different from each counterweight of the crank. Than balance it with my bob weight to 0.

He did it with damper, flywheel and clutchplate.
I think, when you do it with all that things, it has to be right.

First he thought, that I need bob weights, but than he tried it without the weights on low rpm and he said it is perfect.
I know them, but the balance to 0 what is wrong. Also the damper and oem flywheel have every 25g unbalance.

You ABSOLUTELY need a 50% bob weight to balance the crank.
