Is that filter from a 2.5tdi. I use the c4 aat oil filter on my stroker as it fits and is larger than stock.

Did you allready have driven with this? I have the same setup but im not really happy with it at the moment. It is vague in the middle and does not self center as good as i would like. Can you pleas post more photo's off your setup?

No Not driven in this car but i installed the same in another car and it works fine.
I thougt in my car it will self Center because i have ~8° overrun.

Orginal the i5 have an imbalance on the Vibration damper and on the flywheel the same to make them Run harmonic. Many people install a Fidanzer flywheel wich have no imbalance and the ran without a Problem, so i think it should not be a Problem. But I will see.

The front balancer is for damping harmonic vibrations in the crank. Without it there is a risk to snap the crank. Don't know if it's a big risk though, maybe not..? Not sure the FW has the same purpose.

But anyway, nice project. That electric power steering would be a nice mod.
