I am not. One of them were broken out of the spoiler,and glued back in and today it broke out again. On the other side I have a threaded stud

Same as on mine.

Yes. I know. What I am showing you is you are missing the threaded studs on yours. Or the bit in your spoiler photo needs to be removed from the inside of the hatch (some trim off) and re-attached (epoxy or fibreglas resin, etc) to the spoiler.

This spoiler has been fitted to A6 tailgate. I will get you a picture of OEM UrS4 tailgate once I get back to London
