I got the missing turbo to coolant adapter yesterday.
I am going to cut the metal pipe on the inlet so it is a bit bigger diameter (it is designed to connect to the ribbed pipe so reduces in size) but I need a new silicon hose the current one will do just now.
Doing the Mark Oil Catch Tank Mod as well.
I decided to make up some custom oil and water hoses for the top of the turbo - might as well do it properly - in for a penny, in for (thousands) of pounds
Everything just needs bolted on the car - I was hoping it would be tonight but got the flu - so she won't let me out :mad:
Need a heat sheild but the way the filter sits now, it should be easy to get a shaped sheet of metal in there.
It will get remapped as soon as Mihnea finds the time - hopefully the next few weeks - that could be a good excuse to meet up with a few guys down south way?S2,RS2,S4 WB,RS4,S4 B8,RS6 C5,RS6 C6,R8Comment

Will be nice to meet the rest of the S2 crew, not sure if I qualify, I don't own an S2! BTW where is Mihnea based, and how does he come down to map cars in the UK? (I take it he lives abroad?) :confused:Comment

Mihnea is from Belgium - I think he just comes through that big tunnel thing - I probably have to travel further than he does
BTW where is Mihnea based, and how does he come down to map cars in the UK? (I take it he lives abroad?) :confused:

20" wheels are cool, the amount of work required to get them to fit is NOT cool, you were right about the spacer sizes, 60mm front and 70mm rear. :eek2: :eek2:Comment

They aint spacers, they are brake discs!! infact why don't you make them into hand brake discs and rig a caliper over them???

Real easy to spray that - just take it apart - used that hammerite chrome radiator spray paint.
