Clears the rotor? I'm not worried about clearing the rotor - I'm worried about clearing the rim.

In which direction will the SEAt bracket move the caliper? Radially or inwars to the center of the car or outwards from the center of the car? Now I'm really confused...

Yoggi - again - what kind of caliper carrier are you using?

Inwards to the center of the car, 4mm or 6mm IIRC.

And also radially I guess if goal is to get bigger disc than the seat 304mm.

Sorry I meant clears the wheel. If yoggi is using RS2 bracket and 996 Caliper then you are good with either 314 or 323mm discs

That was winter tires i had over 2 years ago when i bought the car, they worked fine! I use Falken FK451 in the summer and they are excellent tires!

So, I was searching for a combo that would clear a 16" Avus wheel and thought I hade to use 314mm and a custom carreir to center the caliper - but, just like the girl said, bigger is better... Any pics of 323mm with 996caliper mounted inside a 16" rim?

Yoggi - your pic was a 314mm inside a Avus? Now - how much clearence do you have??
            Yepp, 314mm inside Avus... don't have a clue.. 1-2mm? =)
