Looking at T6r - some creativity required here as your host loom precedes what a later CQ would have been wired up with.

Only three pins of note on ABY T6r connector -

#1 - red/green to V5 (windscreen washer pump) from B53c on the CEP
    #2 - blue/yellow to F66 / F76 (coolant alarm for autocheck)
    #5 - red/brown to J155 (afterrun pump control)

#1 is covered on the 1990/91 CQ loom from B53c with green/red wire via T3a/1 - see 92-10-11. T3a is a brown 3-pin plug in right side of engine compartment.

Let me dig out the Bentley and see where these pins appear on US CQ - what year is yours Ruffiano ?

See sheet 96-20-19 on tracks 74/75 where the blue/yellow signal on T6r/2 from ABY loom to Autocheck appears via T3a/2 on the MY90/91 CQ

T6r/5 needs to extend to terminal K4 on the CEP - that is a new wire to run on your application. See page 9 of my schematic primer doc showing how the 'K' block extends from relay position 3 on the CEP... This is a different relay than used on 7A engine according to relay pinouts shown in Bentley.

Now onto T5h... with respect to page 46 of http://www.s2central.net/S2_Schematics/ABY_Wiring.pdf - in the knowledge you have converted to manual (3-knob aircon)

T5h/1 needs to connect to the black/grey wire (87a) at the aircon clutch relay in auxiliary position 4. This is done via T3d/1 (red plug in engine room - right side) - see track 14 on 87-10-20

On a funky old digital climate system from US there is T3d/2 which maps to pin 23 on the head unit but I think you can ignore that. Such systems also use the clutch relay at aux position 4 and terminal 87a is preserved for connection to ECU so this all lines up.

T5h/2 is just a via from afterrun pump controller J155 to the ECU at pin 41 - see page 46 and just buzz that connection out to check it.

T5h/4 needs to link F76 'R' pin into the aircon clutch controller via the blue/white wire at pin 4 in aux position 4 for manual aircon systems. Easy to see that on page 46 of the ABY wiring guide.

On the funky US digital system that signal actually goes via T1h (white, right side of engine room) into pin 20 of the head unit.

These aux relay 4 units are different between the manual system and digital aircon so be careful and check how you are wired up... Can post more on that from Bentleys if you wish.

Thanks again Paul, I wired everything this weekend, However I haven't had the time to get it warmed up to temperature to test everything out... for the T5H plug I used these wires, I'm fairly confident they go to the correct places:

You mentioned that my Radiator fan relay (relay 3) could be the wrong relay... What is the correct relay? I should have a spare on my donor car. However the one that was previously hooked up did have the k4 pin even though there was no wire for it in the plug that hooks up to the K position, I added this wire, so I have my fingers crossed, and I'm hoping that this also solves the problem of my Radiator fan not engaging automatically (till now I have had the temp sensor jumpered and running with the fan ALWAYS on).

I had a non-immo ABY loom on the bench here at the weekend and that helped confirm a couple of things...

Here is a quick way to spot which type you have --->

If the number of OBD eyelets is one then its an IMMO loom.

If the number of OBD eyelets is two then it is NOT an IMMO loom... If it has a purple/violet 2-pin connector on this loom type then it also has the factory anti-theft relay(s) - one for RHD, two for LHD. I've helped a few people get through no-start issues because of this.

                        S2 Avant ABY UK relay

                        Hi All,

Do have a ABY loom here from a UK S2 Avant 1994.
Did foud a red relay holder in the part of the loom what is near the fusebox.
It's activated by a red 2 pins conector and could be schwitche to earth than the relay activates.
Does any one have a idea what this relay is ??
And perhaps a wirringplan were the relay is displayed.

If you have worked that much out then you are grand... It is part of RHD antitheft loom - the lhd cars actually have an additional relay. I can tell you more privately if you wish.

might be immo related... or to do with unique trailer recognition wiring on the RS2... are you looking at S2 or RS2 diagrams ?

Please confirm wire colours on the plug - I cannot really make them out from here.
