    Timucin,

I've been thinking about your problem a lot, you seem to have done all the right things , the shaving foam is a new one, Gabor is right, patent that one .

Assuming that you have no leaks at all - anywhere - then it must be related to the electical management of boost, or your turbos suddenly fooked (doubtful), I think I read somewhere that you have no fault codes showing and that you have a new WGFV (N75) ?
It does sound a lot like 'safe mode', have you tried pulling the fuses to the ECU to clear it and see what happens, if it clears, even if only temorarily?
Sorry its not much but its all I can think of at the moment .

    Shame your so far away.

    Good Luck,
    Mark.

P.S. Does your WGFV click if you listen at idle, is there another MAF available that you can use as an alternative (maybe it was damaged in some way when you cleaned it).

    Clutching at straws now .

        Timucin,
i had similar problems to you, checked all pipes, except one which i had installed a few months ago, presumed it would be ok, so check them last w/end to make sure and found this.....(see pic)
how about the wastegate diaphram, have you checked this?

If all the hoses and intercooler are OK, and you have replaced the TBV and WGFV (N75) then there are a few other candidates -

              1. Is the WG diaphragm OK - indeed - can you check it moves smoothly ?

              2. Maybe the MAF is faulty - these are very hard to test - you need a known good one to be 100% sure this is the problem.

              3. Maybe a leak in the PCV system ?

              4. Maybe a leak in the hoses connected to ISV ?

              5. Maybe a bad MAP sensor inside the ECU - easy to test with the right equipment !

                today:
                i have checked :
                exhaust manifold for crack
                intake manifold for crack
                gaskets
                wastegate diaphragm

                nothing wrong

maf may be faulty but dunno how to understand
                or
a bad map sensor inside ecu is possible... will see on thursday...

If its any consolation my RS was similaar in that i had no power at all Had it tested for leaks- none, changed the WGFV- it was fine, checked the o-ring -OK. It was finally fixed when a replacement MAF and dump valve where changed. It was not driven though after one was put on so do not know if it was the DV or MAF or indeed both!!! Fixed the problem though ( Thanks Vagsport)

                            @Tim -

In my experience - MAF faults do not always produce diagnostic fault codes - its very annoying. Make sure you get the correct MAF for the RS2 - I am 99% sure it is identical electrically to the S2 MAF, but I have no rock hard evidence. The only physical difference in S2 and RS2 MAF that we know of is the use of a much less restrictive screen on the RS2 item. If your new MAF comes with new screens - I'll buy the old screens off your faulty MAF !
