        problem solved extremely easy!

failure was :reciculating dump valve under the n75 .first mihnea told me that its that part and adviced me to change it .told him cant find rs2's here and he told me that s3's is good untill 370 hp.i wasnt well informed about my cars past.and i thought that part will fit.after chancing that stuff car still went wrong and i did lots of unnecessary stuff .....
some audi services, vag service, and lots of tuning companies couldnt find the mistake
today i went to a friend,he said he is sure that part is wrong, removed it block some hoses and car runs like mad dog!!! listen here no misprinting here : it peaks around 25-27 psi and continous 20-22 psi. what the ..ck

he told me to put hks blow off sound better and useful, i borrowed one from a friend will install tomorrow.man im fast!

he is also suspicious about my turbocharger ; he says it can be aftermarket on it,we will see tomorrow..

                    thnx too much.
i am wondering what will happen when i install gtech tomorrow.cause i never had chance to test when everything is ok .my best time was 13,20 quarter mile.gtech was showing around 240 hp.
but now situation is abit different; Mihnea said s3 valve would work on a 370 hp car.but this stuff is not good enough to handle my engine, which means i may be producing more.i never saw 25+ peak and 20+ continous psi untill now.
i am expecting high 12's for quarter time .... will see tomorrow.

+ i can never stop thinking about big turbo application now.car runs cool and lets say 50-60 hp more ?!?!!?!?

Good news dude on your solution. Congratulations! Go and rip up your neughborhood and show them what an RS2 can really do when it's healthy!

I didn't think we used the 'n75' valve on an S2 but I know **** all about these things and I may be confusing terminology with what the S3 guys use.

I know you got figures from G-Tech but 13.2s@240bhp peak sugests you've taken about 300 kilos out of your RS2!! Can the G-Techs be calibrated in the same way as an AP22 to accoount for susuension dynamics upsetting the results? The AP22 needs to be calibrated on a car-by-car basis on a quarter mile strip to make it more accurate and realistic otherwise the figures don't mean anything in the real world other than a comparison for yourself and to understand the effect of modofocation as a subjective benchmark. Fit new shocks to the rear car and I gurantee your G-Tech 1/4 mile will take longer! Try it and you'll see what I mean!!

Good luck with your 'new' toy [a healthy Rs2].

Did you use accurate figures from a 1/4 mile strip for your calibration because accaracy needs more than just entering the correct kerb mass of the car. Suspension dynamics can falsify the figures dur to the gravity component introduced during suspensiong 'squat' whilst accelerating in all accelerometer based timing systems.

                              DON'T DO THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a hall sender (cam position sensor) problem, BTDT on 3B engines, and it's very common.

Can you give me your car's VIN so I can check, there's been a split somewhere and there are 2 different types of hall sensors out there.

                              Cheers,
