That would be good to know but the first thing to establish is whether the fuel pump actually pumps when given 12V directly. Once that is established, the health of the very important J17 Fuel Pump relay can be checked.

I took the fuel feed hose off and cranked the engine. I got 625ml of fuel in the container after 15 seconds. The Injectors ha power but the fuel still isn't going into the fuel rail. There is pressure at the rail but no fuel in the rail, there I fuel pressure when I pull the fuel pressure regulators out

Exactly. There is definitely something fundamentally wrong with this story.
