Garrett GTX3071R -Any photos available ?

Hi .Just wondering if anyone has got photos to share of S2 engine bay with Garrett GTX3071r Gen2 bolted on to K24 flange manifold?

Mine is a GT3071 on a Wagner RS2 Evo manifold.
I believe the GTX is the same size but a more up to date compressor wheel design.
It clears the chassis but you have to cut the leg off the airbox if you want to use a standard one.

It depends on the turbine housing size.

I think i will go for middle size option but I will have to speak to Craig at Tdi Turbos first see what he will advise.
just want to see the GT series in the engine bay to have a general ide what it looks like
Shame that turbo hose between air box and turbo is nowhere near big enough to fit

Roose will make you a hose with a larger outlet for the compressor housing. Depends if you want to keep to stock airbox or not really. Since you won’t need the MAF anymore you have a few more options

Oh good news then that Roose will make me a suitable hose .it will match rest of the plumbing
And I love the fact i can scrap the MAF.

No mate ,it can't .I'm going away from factory engine management system that's why I want have to worry about MAF anymore .
