0,4 boost, first run with the car

Finally got to the point for testing my S2, so i bought a 1 day license for testing.
I only get 0,4 bar boost.

Tried with another N75 i found without luck.
Tried disconnecting MFTS aswell.

Got a VCDS to check for any fault, but couldnt connect, but ill make another post under electrical for that.

Anything else i can check without diagnostic?

Got the VCDS to work, but right before i had to leave the garage. Been disconnecting the battery, but the only fault i got was:
00533 Idle Speed Regulation
10-00 - Adaption Limit Not Reached

Does this have anything to do with me only having 0,4 boost?

Might have found something with the electrics to the N75. Anyone have diagram for it?

Tested N75 from vagcom and i can hear it click, so it does indeed have power, so thats not the problem afterall.

What kind of ECU do you have? Stock ECU on stock engine?
What does this "first run with the car" mean? First run with the car after buying it, after rebuilding it?

Bought the car as a almost done project. Stock engine with stock turbo. Ecu with chip. Ecu has been tested on a 200 3b before i put it in mine.

You are probably missing some wire or vacuum/boost hose is disconnected somewhere. Look around intake manifold, wastegate and intake boot area, check associated hoses and their proper layout. Does the ECU have MAP hose/pipe connected to it? Hard to point out specifically without seeing car...

Yes, i put a Tee right before the ECU for the boost gauge. Shouldnt a bad connection make it vary with the boost? The car runs 0,4, no jerking or coughing at all. Constant 0,4 boost.

If disconnected it would , if faulty sometimes not.

Have you done a proper boost leak test yet?

Just finished a boost leak test and found a minor leak, but doubt that would cause this. Gonna order new knock sensors and a ISV.

Tested voltaged on TPS today. 0,29v closed and 4,62 WOT. Does this eliminate out TPS failure?
