Bingo, Fuel pump may be an idea

not possible (i think) because i had the same problem with my RS2 fuel pump and now with my 044 bosch motorsport pump...
i used both with 2 different sets of new injectors (RS2 injectors and 440/3bar greens)...always the same

all the ignition parts are new too,since the battery,spark plugs/wires,distributor rotor, knock sensors....

and the cambelt was installed perfectly in complete original position.

i am using the 7A exhaust cam,but i think that it can not be the problem

really i dont know wich point to check....

only i have to check the fuses,relays,wires or the many sensors

STILL desesperated with my 3B

today i was testing another 3B MAF...with the same bad results about boost cut to 0.4bar

and this one added a very very rich AFR values...very bad¡¡¡ around 9.8 and 10.2 with WOT¡¡

dont know why.... anyway the same boost cut appears after 4 seconds with WOT....

things done and tested:

2 different fuel pumps
2 differents softwares
2 differents new turbos
2 different MAFs
2 differents injectors
2 differents N75 valves
boot leak test
2 differents octanage fuel 98 and 103

all the ignition parts are complete NEW¡¡ except the Ignition COIL.... but i bet for my problems did not came from the ignition..because it runs very fine and like a missile¡ but it does boost cut all the times. droping always to wastegate pressure.

i am sad

does someone had something similar like this???

i am thinking in unplug the N75 connector and insert a manual valve between N75 and wastegate hose...and see what happens... maybe with pressures under 1.3bar (for example) this boost cut does not appears...






what can i do friends??? renew every sensors in the engine?'

tried today another used ignition Coil with the same boost cut

and we tried too another Motronic with my software and 200kpa sensor..... boosting less,but still having the same problem droping the boost to 0.4bar very fast


Vagcom 0 errors.....

all wirings and valves pluged correctly.....
