I can offer 3B chipset for K24-7400. I have mapped such car. I did like the turbo.
Hi Porkkis, which injectors, fuel pressure regulator, and other bits (like exhaust manifold, intercooler, etc), were used in the 3B you mapped? Which torque numbers did you get?
    I might be interested.
    Thanks.
    Cheers.

No idea what power level I was running...
It felt pretty quick though, even in my big heavy car.
Injectors seem to be 510cc, not 550cc though...

Anyway, perhaps should continue the discussion elsewhere, as this has nothing to do with the Volvo turbo.

Bad luck Dmitri but it does seem like re-used bolts contributed to this failure - thats my opinion from long distance without seeing anything of course.

@Ross - these are same injectors that shipped to Sonic, and will come to me for some playtime - Dmitri proved the latency numbers to be close to theory on his car. I will take a second set of measurements for comparison. It looks like these are good to go for you and others as you can see from the IDC on hefty power levels for K26/27 sized installations. This must be in 430-450bhp territory.

What injectors are those for 78% duty at that power level?
510cc ev14, I have stock head, stock ic on this car.

do you have a log of a big turbo engine you mapped? Log from the final map.
How log do you need on the dyno to map an engine?

It's big end bearing knock and oil pressure is gone.
I did not run it like that for more than 10 seconds.

It's of course running, so I don't think the block is gone.
Will see when we open it this weekend.

So this was a good thing after all. The rods don't need to collect dust on the shelf anymore.

What kind of noise did the engine keep? Do it still run, or is it jammed?

It's not bad at all. Pull is in 3rd gear

What is the plan for the engine then? Or will you decide when you get it apart?
First pull apart and see how much damage is done.
Probably "new" crank, new shells, and I have a set of H-Rods that'll get put in...
This is if the block is OK.
