We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
since E85 is more readily available, i would go that route as well, or even a switchable map if needed.
How is the rest of the rs2 Espen? engine wise, have you done anything to it?
On my RS2, the non-stock ADU components are the following: turbo, software, injectors, 044 pump, adjustable FPR, Forge DV, MBC, a few silicone hoses and a Milltek catback. Aux rad is removed.
This is the best run i could find on my 3076R
apparently at some point i had realised i had some boost leak due to a ruptured vaccum hose, and i guess this is the only run i can find logged that boost was able to be kept this high.
its a run of 2bar overboost coming in quite fast and 1.96bar till 6000ish rpm where the run ends. I was running 225/40/18 tyres then and 245/35/18 now.
I can notice an almost identical spool on the 2 setups, but i must say that the spool on the current setup will improve as the WGFV DC is getting reduced drastically in order to avoid a spike over 1.4bar.
More fun after next weekend and the mapping session!
Nice curves!
Do some tests in 4th gear as well. If no private track is available, one can do a pull up to 5500rpm (still under 100mph) in 4th to get the fat part of the torque curve. I guarantee an improvement vs the 3rd gear pulls.
