Yes, Apart from the water manifold holes that you have to machine, they are a bit less the same with that taken into account but have had an easy stress free life and not cracked like all the turbo heads.Comment

And NA heads have same size but different valves? Are the turbo valves sodium filled?Comment

Turbo valves are sodium filled and with regards to cracking its hit and miss. I've had all casting numbers where I've had to Weld the chambers and replace the seats because were so bad the seats could drop out. And I've had all of the casting numbers were a small 30 degree cut gets rid of any cracking or there were none at all. All comes down to casting flaws and whether there was any air leaks on the car during its lifetime.UrS6 Stroker + HTA3586 =

Id expect 7a will be sodium filled the same as 16v KR engined golf valves. Unless they scrimped on the budget for the 7a

To date I have never personally come across a post 1990 16v KR or an I5 7A head that have sodium filled valves the part no. on those heads are 027 109 611D where as the sodium filled ones are the same part number but a B on the end for the 3B, ABY, ADU and AAN or the earlier Pre 1990 16V KR heads.UrS6 Stroker + HTA3586 =

But to drive the tuna can hall sender, you need to have the intake cam with the drive gear as well.

I have an original Audi booklet on the 7A engine and it claimed they had sodium filled valves, but i wouldn't be surprised if only the early cars with the tubular manifold got them.91CQ20v - Gone to a new home

The cam gear on the right is interesting, I didn't realise they used different size gears let alone split gears? But to drive the tuna can hall sender, you need to have the intake cam with the drive gear as well.
