Log files are too small to get any meaningful conclusions

You need to upgrade the firmware to the at least stable 1.1.95 and make sure you use a strobe light to check the timing angle that it corresponds to vems. Then I have made some changes to the map but I have sent an email to find out some info for the engine specs before I continue.

Whoever decides to go vems they MUST get involved and not rely on a tuner who knows generic stuff. Whoever put values on this map either wasn't interested in the car or didn't know a lot of info. Please read about what you can do and we will try and help you as much as possible.

The crank sensor needs to be as close as possible without fouling the pins. If it still doesn't work then you need to weld a larger pin by copying the size and length of the original dual mass flywheel pin
I also got the config file and not by what is done there that the car will have that problem. If you look good is constantly trigger errors. Any problem with VR sensors.

The tables must be done correctly, but I repeat that what is there, must work properly and do not turn off the car as it appears in the video.

Your's seem not so long compared to these. (see my other post re: distances)

The sensor on the flywheel teeth is 0.5-1.25mm. The one that picks up on the small single pin is 0.45-1.25mm.
