Nice work going on. Sump protection looks sturdy

Seems like a chopped front end to incorporate the IC is the only option on these cars? Or a chargecooler ofcourse.

today a placed a heat protection on the inside of the hood
afterwards I started driving on the road to program VEMS but my oiltemp was to fast to high and that was pity so i came back to home
with my rs2 setup was everything normal
it is possible that this is because I have the oil and water pipes bonded together under the exhaust manifold? sie pictures
Here in Belgium is today 25 degrees, not so ideal to tune the car but normally
the car must be able to drive with this temperature

Water temp will only be ~100C, so binding them together will make little difference.

What temp did your oil get to?

with a few pulls half throttle i had 120°c oil temp and i thought that 130°c was the max so I did not want to take risks
but to make sure that my oil temperature gauge is correct, I have ordered a new temp sender

Have you got an oil cooler?

I can get my NA 7A engine up to 130C quite easily, though it has no cooler, with a cooler I guess there is a thermostat, do you know when this opens (if you have one)?

                      yes,i have a Mercedes oilcooler,sie post 17 pic 9
all the 20vt engine have oil coolers with thermostat in oilfilterhouse
and the thermostat works because the oilcooler gets hot

Move the wires somewhere else than on the chassis leg under the turbo. I had mine there in a heat protective sheath and they caught fire on the track.

Seems like you aren't really sure if you have a problem or not? I woul dget out there and drive it harder and harder, until it gets over the 130C mark, if it does of course. If it does then if you are really worried it is just an oil change and you are away. IIRC 130C is just where oil starts to break down, not when it actually completely loses all lubrication properties.

Oil will get a LOT hotter in other parts of the engine, the oil temp sender is really only measuring the sump value, not right by the combustion process for example.

how high may oil temp be on heavy driving? 130°c ?

As I say, mine gets up there with fast road driving in a CQ20V (no turbo) so wouldn't be surprised that you get up there as well.
