Gonna work out around 370 for the twin 22 core, and 420 for the twin 30s as its a rarer size.

That does look well executed, the welds are really very tidy and look much better than what I've seen on other alloy rads.

If we got 10 of us together would there be a reduction in price?

Curious to know whether he would weld the top end cap inside and out before welding it to the core, just so the welds on the outside could be ground back for a smooth seamless look?
What alloy is he using and what weld rod? Because I would rather anodise it than have it silver
