Just deleting my MFTS in favour of the Meyle two pin sensor. Can anyone who has done this confirm I need to cut the original plug off and fit two spade connectors or is there a two pin plug I can use. Which wire do I delete?

Connector is the same as the PAS reservoir level sensor. I have some crimp terminals to suit in stock

The blue/white wire is the one going to the ECU so is the one to isolate. If it's a 4 wire MFTS they'll also be a black/blue wire which is the 12 volt feed that needs isolating too.
Blue/brown goes to the temperature gauge
Blue/yellow goes to the over temperature warning lightComment
