Those who run LPG converted 2.2's

So I've been looking into converting my S4 to run on LPG as it's not economical car and that's really the only way I can financially justify keeping her. I will most likely do the conversion myself and get it checked and certification issues afterwards.

So I wanted to see how S4 engine bays look like with LPG conversion and how do people hide things, particularly interested in injector location. Also what systems are you running, which ones should I avoid and which ones do people suggest?

Another thing I've been thinking about is, in the future I'd like to up the power to about 350-400HP so I'd like to get system that can handle that, and I don't have to change it later on.

    Any information appreciated.

I've spoken to him, he isn't keen on sharing details so I let him do it for a cost obviously.

Been looking at the "power related things" and found a reducer/vapouriser for upto 380HP which would work for me perfectly, but looking at injectors rather than stating HP it states max operating pressure, what sort of pressure would I be looking at?

Why is that then? Bit out of order if its true. Its's not as if it's rocket science. Plus he's from your neck of the woods/part of Europe.

I'm at 450 bhp on lpg on my stroker. For 350 bhp ish use Kme gold vapouriser and magic jet injectors. I use a Kme ecu too. You can mount a gold vapouriser above the abs modulator and i have my injectors up were the injector cover normally sits.

You're the man I was waiting a reply from
KME vapouriser has max power as 350, wouldn't it be good to have a bit of leeway? For Instance use a reducer with max power at around 380? Also, what should I look at when choosing the ECU?

I've been to his couple of times, a nice guy, but why he isn't sharing info I don't know, I guess expects me to leave my money with him.

The Kme gold is rated at between 350 and 380 bhp depending on where you look. I can confirm that it's ok to nearer 400 bhp for fast road use. Outlet temperature gets cold if doing long runs at that power level. I run 2 Kme gold units ☺. The Kme ecu is good though I think most are ok now.

Will look for some pictures but I haven't tried to hide my install in any way.

I'll try getting a set together and put it up here and then see if something is wrong, as I don't know what multi valve I need for the tank for instance. The unit that's supposedly is rated at 380 is OMVL 901504K.

So you drill just before the petrol injectors?

Yes remove inlet manifold and drill and tap each runner near the petrol injector. Then fit the stud/nipple with thread lock. Use rubber hose from there back to the lpg injector. Do that on each cylinder. The magic jet injectors come on pre made manifolds of 4 or 3. So I got 2 X 3. Then run those lpg injector manifolds back through 2 filters to the vapouriser. The vapouriser takes liquid gas and converts it to vapour at about 1 bar above intake manifold. A liquid gas filter bolts to the vapouriser inlet. Then use 8mm special flex hose back to the tank. You can use copper but it's a real pain. Pay a bit extra and get the special flex.
I just ordered my tank with all fittings including gauge and filler and out take solenoid. A 76l tank fits the c4 fine.

I can't find a tank with all the parts, just separate ones How do I choose the right filters, and looked at these, how do I fit them?
