I've converted RS2 spec S6 with 2xAC Stag AC-01, Hana Gold and AC Stag ECU. Car is rated 300 whp and 500NM. Run to redline on LPG. It has 2 probes in the LPG tank. Best idle is achieve drilling the iM close to the petrol injectors and using 8 cm extension which inject the LPG close to the petrol injectors.Comment

I have my s6 running on lpg... It is great. I did a month ago 1000km with only 68€ (0,66€/lpg litre) with a 300-320bhp 2.2t k2470. Engine bay image attached.
Unfortunately I am currently under a bad doubt if to keep my s6 and spend 2000€ to legalize it in Spain (still have Italian lic plates)... or to buy a fully equipped 2.5 AEL quattro a6, break the s6 to make the TDI with a S6 look (suspension and brakes included). It is so frustrating this doubt

Yeah, Des is correct with my setup here are some pics, the only issue I have is the RS2 injectors maxing out and the LPG having a wobble. Will hopefully head to 440cc's soon. Engine bay could do with a wash

Can't wait to get LPG done now. I was thinking, what do people thing of placing LPG injectors under the inlet manifold somewhere, just to make it look cleaner?'93 Audi 100 Avant - R.I.P

Anything richer than lambda 0.9 is a bad idea on LPG.
It's gaseous, so you don't get any more knock resistance. All you get is higher EGT's after the lambda 0.9 point.
Hence why it's a horrible idea to run it without properly mapping on a turbo car, as all petrol cars are mapped to add fuel to keep the EGT's down, and by doing this with LPG you achieve the exact opposite.Comment

This will be problem for me, while I can do all the fitting etc, I have no idea about setting it up etc. I don't know if it's something you could help me with?Anything richer than lambda 0.9 is a bad idea on LPG.

It's easy enough with a wideband lambda kit and motronic. As motronic is open loop at wot yiu can trim the fueling so it isn't too rich on gas at high loads buts it's fine in closed loop loads so motronic is happy.Comment

There are probably cheaper ones but I see a wide band kit as an investment. It's vital in any tuned car in my opinion.Comment
