Did you any modifications to the throttle plate?

Have you tried to close the throttle plate by Hand with little force while engine ideling?

Before the problems how was your idle? Do you have the idle resistor cable connected to the isv?

it was for anti flyback on isv.

The idle valve and vems at least in the older versions of the ecu never worked well together unless a resistor was used on the wire going to the isv cable. Marc from efi express provided me with one. Apparently on the newer versions it may not be required but I still use it.

Other than that, the vems settings also play a role. For the audi valve unless you use a cutoff for min and max you may end up having the valve go into a loop that makes it stay open, esp. If it starts to show signs of failure.

I don't remember if you said you already tried a different isv to check

I have tried 2 isvs the vems is still showing idle is set at 850 I think there must be a leak somewhere

When you changed the TPS did you also change the potentiometer that goes with it?

If the actual potentiometer is not working properly it may also be leaving the throttle slightly open. But seems like you have checked things twice. You shouldn't have to change settings on vems so it's likely you have a leak somewhere

I have noticed too the dump valve is open on 1100 revs is that ok
