Ouch! How much is 2 gallons of Methanol? Actually, is it 4 Gal or 4 litres? Doesn't look big enough to be 4 gallons.

i drive with a mixture of 50/50 and use the middle big injector nozzle 500cc
the reason of big consumption is because my w/m begins at 0.5 turbo pressure until 2.0 bar turbo pressure.

okay,little update about my twincharged project
i have adapted my boostpipe from 63mm to 70mm and placed a second throttle valve on the inlet from the supercharger
i also placed a elektric valve for the boost actuator on the second throttlebody.

i'm waiting for parts now to make waste gate water cooling and ordered also a new turbo pamper

...yesterday on track I have not missed the lost horsepower in the higher revs because i have had more fun now in lower rpms

Awesome project - hope the 70mm charge pipe and extra throttle valve help with your top end power loss but I think your dyno results and comment above are already a big win.

Graet project. Did you have to modify the EM in any way to run both SC and turbo?

no,i still have the same tubular exhaust manifold,why that question?

I was contemplating installing a SC to eliminate lag during last build, but tuner said it was difficult to design EM (yes exhaust manifold) to divert exhaust gases at any given RPM. Maybe I got it wrong with my complete lack of technical ability

maybe you haven't understand your tuner good?
exhaust gases have nothing to do with the supercharger,only turbo
