made my first testdrive today with the new setup
i have almost the hole ve table changed with ve analyser
it's a totaly other feeling to drive,more laggy but I was expected that
i have also the feeling that the car is not faster then in the past
max boost is 2.0 bar.
question to the vems experts: my max boost pressure regulation is not stable,on full throttle the boost is 2.0 bar around 4000 rpm but when the revs getting higher it' goes up to almost 2.5 bar
changed some pid settings en frequency(32hz-40hz) but nothing changed on boost regulation
also about my rpm vs boost curve,when i set boost max to 1.5 bar,it still makes 2.0-2.5 bar boost when driving,any suggestions guy's? maybe other boost settings in vems?
i use a new n75 valve and my waste gate is a tial 44mm(maybe not big enough?)
i gonna try to go on the dyno next week

okay,i already found the problem,just did a press check on the waste gate and it's leaking
i removed the upper part and have seen that the membrane is broken

little update
i have put a new membrane in the waste gate
i found out that the electric motor from the bypass valve was broken so it was not totaly open on full throttle when turbo kicks in
luckily I had a spare one
made some adaptions on it because I think due to high voltage (12v) this was the reason why it was broken,now it's getting 5v
also new goodies have arrived today
What's in the box: -4m straight pipes
-10 welding bows 90°
-2 tial fittings
-2 lambda welding nuts
-2 mufflers (simons)
-flexible
time to make a big exhaust 3.5 inch-89mm

jep,the first pipe is done
now i'm busy to make a custom support for the right side of the rear diff to make more room for the exhaust pipe

I dont need a picture but i have seen some whitout liner and the can collapse. Just to let you know!
