just back from my first testdrive after these modifications and everything is looking good except for the boost control
still making 2.5 bar boost on full load,maybe my waste gate isn't big enough?
i believe it is a tial 38mm,i've noticed by a pressure test with the new diagram that it is still leaking,probably on the valve axle
when i'm sure that a 38mm is big enough i wil buy a new 38mm waste gate
the sound from the exhaust is great

so,i was thinking,the tial waste gate have 2 springs inside,maybe i can remove one(the lightest spring) and see what the reaction is.
only that can happen is when the other spring is to light the boost is not high enough,correct?

Yes, looser spring will open the WG more easily. What boost control do you use?

vems-new n75valve-tial waste gate
i never had problems with this setup but i changed turbo from gt30 to gt35
around 4000 rpm i make 2.0 bar boost and then you hear the waste gate make a fluffer sound (driving with window open)
around 5500 rpm te boost goes up with the rpm
in the past my vems setting "boost vs rpm curve" stands max on 2.0 bar the hole line
i have change this grafic on 5500 rpm-7000 rpm and put it on 1.6bar but still 2.5 bar

What happens if you disconnect n75 and connect wastgate direct to boost source? Nice exhaust setup.

I have not tried it yet des but tomorrow I'm going to disassemble the wastegate and see where the leak comes from or is this normal that you can not do a leaktest with a handpump?

today i have solved my boost problem
first problem was that the waste gate did not went fully open because the diagram came against a plug in the upper part of the waste gate house
the second problem was the n75 valve.
when I put the waste gate hose directly to the turbo the car was making 1.2 bar boost so i knew that the waste gate was good and big enough
My conclusion was that the valve was a restriction so i take the valve and i drilled the hole on the pressure (turbo) side a little bigger and did a new testdrive
yes,the car was making 1.4bar boost and now i can control back the boost with vems settings

i have set boost on 2.0 bar for now,wil see of i can go higher on the dyno,maybe 2.5 bar is possible with the gt35
intake temp is not a problem with the W/M injection,i had 10°c on full load while testdriving on 2.0 bar boost,

it's very fast but not een big difference with my old setup i think,only gt30 turbo(520hp-635nm).maybe this is just a feeling........
the car feels faster on higher revs now with the gt35,o well,the dyno will tell me soon
i hope to make some 550-600 hp,about torque,i dont know
will post the results when i have it
i'm still thinking that my baypass valve coud ba a restriction,it's 70mm outside like the throttlevalve on the intake but i just gonna wait for the dyno
