yes patrick, now i found a boostleak and put also a adjustable cam wheel+ dual plenum intake so i dont know what ive gain with the intake (or loss),but hey,the numbers on the dyno are important
i think if i gain a lot off torque ,the intake will be the reason

Quite a leak, hard to tell now how much difference the intake makes

What about this guys - making a I5 manifold ? https://www.facebook.com/customplenumcreations/ - i saw the they did some lamborghini v10 intakes, should be pretty similar to the I5Leave a comment:

i wanted to be sure that everything was leak free so i tested my supercharger with pipes and "O MY GOD",a big boost leak on the foot of the outlet pipe
have not done this in the past after the supercharger conversion so i have drove with a big boost leak
Strange i did not hear anything while driving

a little update
the 2 parts from the intake are ready to place on the engine
the runners are painted matt black and the upper part with stone paint

They look like heat sink extrusions to me.Hey
I got a questions. Maybe someone else can answer. I´m very interested in dual plenum manifold, and I have been looking for an answer for diffusing the air between the plenums. And I saw the ribs/diffures JP used. They look like something you can buy from a store? Since I don´t have a lot of money or CNC machinery, I´m hoping to find something that I can use.
Thanks

Really nice work here Nick

no steering pump anymore on the engine,i use an electric power steering pump from a opel astra and put it somewhere else in the enginebayLeave a comment:

It really seems a great design. Is the power steering pump an issue? Will you relocate it or no need to do that?
